Branch Operations Associate (3-Months Contract)
What you will do:
Branch Operations Associate at Bobobox, with supervision from the Secretary of Branch Operations, you will manage the inventory of branch operations amenities and supplies as well as be responsible for the process of order, requesting, and receiving the goods. You’ll arrive at a career experience of building teams from scratch, and branch operations systems that tie directly to the core business of the organization.
You will fit in this job if you:
- Hold a diploma or an undergraduate degree in administration, management, finance, or a related field
- Willing to work based in a selected area with frequent travel
- Experience in the same role minimum for 1 (one) year
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Understanding the hotel business process
- Attention to detail and curiosity obsessed
- Proficiency in using email, Microsoft offices and google suite
- Excellent learning skills, attention to detail, and proactively resolving issues and results-driven
