Social Media Specialist - CRiB
Purpose of Role
As a Social Media & Brand Strategist, you will be the architect of our brand's voice and presence across all digital channels. This dynamic role requires a keen eye for both macro-level brand strategy and the granular details of social media execution. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that not only drive engagement and community growth but also meticulously align with our overarching brand narrative and business objectives.
You’ll work independently, managing your priorities based on impact and urgency. You’ll also collaborate closely with stakeholders—delivering assigned tasks on time, communicating workload updates clearly, and supporting team goals.
This role works hand-in-hand with the Commercial Team and reports directly to the Social Media & Content Manager and Head of Brand.
You will fit in this job if you:
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Communication, Branding, Commerce, Management, or a related field
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative brand activation ideas and effective sales approaches
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist and/or Brand Strategist
- Familiar with brand, social media, and content creation tools (e.g., Brand24, Sprout Social, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup (VUCA) environment
- Ability to analyze sales data, campaign performance metrics, and market trends to make informed decisions and optimize strategies
- Proficiency in creating clear and concise reports
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong desire to achieve measurable results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Exceptional writing and content creation abilities
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a results-driven mindset
