As security plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, it also plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment at Bobopod. The position ensures the safety of guests, staff, and property through proactive patrolling, incident prevention, and effective response to emergencies. The role upholds Bobopod’s brand values of safety, hospitality, and professionalism, contributing to a worry-free and comfortable guest experience.

• Conduct regular patrols, monitor access points, and safeguard guests and property to prevent theft or disturbances.
• Respond swiftly to incidents, document occurrences, and assist in emergency actions such as first aid or evacuation.
• Provide calm, courteous support and ensure guest comfort safety through guidance or escort when needed.
• Check and maintain security systems and promptly report any equipment faults or hazards.
• Uphold a professional image and demonstrate Bobopod's values through courteous, dependable service. 
  
  

You will fit in this job if you:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (security, safety, or related field).
• Basic knowledge of security procedures, patrol techniques, and emergency response.
• Good communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Physically fit and alert; able to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• High integrity, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
