Purpose of Role

As a Brand Activation & Sales Engagement Intern, you will be the driving force behind connecting our brand with key audiences while directly contributing to revenue growth. This dynamic role involves conceptualizing and executing engaging brand activation initiatives that foster community and deepen customer loyalty. Simultaneously, you will spearhead offline sales efforts, actively seeking and securing group bookings, optimizing meeting room utilization, and developing creative selling activities to ensure our facilities consistently generate significant revenue.

This position demands a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a results-driven sales approach. You will be instrumental in transforming brand interest into tangible sales, making you a critical link between our brand promise and our commercial success.

You will fit in this job if you:

• Currently in the last semester or a fresh graduate from Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative brand activation ideas and effective sales approaches.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and sales funnels.
• Solid understanding of event planning, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
• Proficiency in creating clear and concise reports.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong desire to achieve measurable results.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High ownership.
