    Starting day one, Bob Juniors receive a firsthand stay experience in our pods. The perfect way to experience our product, company culture, and business.

  • Job Immersion

    Each Bob Junior is paired with a dedicated mentor for hands-on, real-world experience, to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry practices, setting them up for future success.

  • Final Project

    At the end of their journey, Bob Juniors will be given a final project that act as a retrospective and reflections of what they have learned along the way.
