What is Bob Junior Program:
3-month program where you will be involved in a real work experience via Bob Junior Program, mentored by a well-versed professional in their expertise. 

• The internship period is between 25 Aug - 25 Nov (3 months)
• You will receive a stipend of IDR 1,500,000 per month
• Real life project to add to your professional portfolio

What you will do:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing customer, market, and competitor data to identify trends and opportunities for new ancillary programs at Bobocabin
• Help prepare launch plans, checklists, and basic SOP drafts for pilot guest experience packages such as romantic dinners and family bonding packages under the supervision of the Strategic Project Manager
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams to align program needs, prepare communication materials, and support operational readiness for pilots
• Support the tracking of pilot program implementation, collect guest feedback and operational input, and assist in updating progress reports for program evaluation
• Draft data summaries, prepare presentation slides, and support the creation of reports for internal stakeholders to communicate pilot progress and findings.

You will fit in this job if you:

• Currently in the last semester or a fresh graduate from Business, Management, Hospitality, or related fields
• Strong interest in market research, project management, and the hospitality industry
• Comfortable working with data and proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets for analysis
• Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Critical thinker with high ownership and a proactive mindset
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently with guidance and manage multiple tasks
• Willing to travel occasionally to Bobocabin branches if required
