What is Bob Junior Program:
3-month program where you will be involved in a real work experience via Bob Junior Program, mentored by a well-versed professional in their expertise. 

• The internship period is between 25 Aug - 25 Nov (3 months)
• You will receive a stipend of IDR 1,500,000 per month
• Real life project to add to your professional portfolio

What you will do:

• Develop and test RS485 driver for internal communication protocols.
• Design and implement Single MCU Lute, focusing on resource optimization and performance.
• Conduct functional and performance testing of hardware to ensure hardware reliability and compliance.
• Support the Quality Control (QC) Tools Design Meeting, assisting in the development or refinement of diagnostic/testing tools.
• Write and submit a Final Report that includes schematic and PCB layout, test point, and debugging challenges.
• Present a Project Demonstration to the IoT Dev team, showing practical outcomes.

You will fit in this job if you:

• Currently in the last semester or fresh graduate from Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of digital and analog circuit design.
• Familiar with microcontroller programming (e.g., STM32, ESP32, or Arduino-based platforms).
• Experience with hardware debugging, soldering, and using tools such as oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and datasheets.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as RS485, UART, I2C, or SPI is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work in a hands-on lab environment.
