What is Bob Junior Program:
3-month program where you will be involved in a real work experience via Bob Junior Program, mentored by a well-versed professional in their expertise. 

• The internship period is between 25 Aug - 25 Nov (3 months)
• You will receive a stipend of IDR 1,500,000 per month
• Real life project to add to your professional portfolio

What you will do:

• Support in strategic planning to define spatial programs aligned with business objectives, including site contextual, precedent/case study, programmatic & functional, material & construction research
• Assist in developing basic 3D massing models and conceptual floor plan studies to explore design strategy and site potential
• Create aesthetically-pleasing 3D visualizations to effectively communicate strategic design concepts
• Assist in design presentation to support technical feasibility study for various business strategies
• Deliver complete sets of scaled architectural plans (site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections) for technical handover purpose to the project team

You will fit in this job if you:

• Currently in the last semester or recently graduated from Architecture major
• Proficiency in 2D drafting software and 3D modelling tools
• Familiar with presentation and graphic tools
• Basic knowledge of drawing standards and construction system
• Strong attention to details and willingness to iterate based on feedback
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Time management skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Interest in business development and strategy is appreciated
