What is Bob Junior Program:
3-month program where you will be involved in a real work experience via Bob Junior Program, mentored by a well-versed professional in their expertise. 

• The internship period is between 25 Aug - 25 Nov (3 months)
• You will receive a stipend of IDR 1,500,000 per month
• Real life project to add to your professional portfolio

What you will do:

• Track and analyze sales performance of current activity partners
• Identify low-performing products and suggest improvement strategies (e.g., pricing, bundling, visibility)
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product presentation on OTA platforms and internal systems
• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan campaigns that boost activity sales
• Support bundling of activities with room or transport for cross-selling strategies

You will fit in this job if you:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• Communication & interpersonal skills – confident in liaising with external partners and internal stakeholders
• Attention to detail – especially in handling contracts, data entry, and performance tracking
• Adaptability – comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Passion for travel, hospitality, and tourism innovation
• Knowledge of OTA platforms or experience booking travel activities is a bonus
