What is Bob Junior Program:
3-month program where you will be involved in a real work experience via Bob Junior Program, mentored by a well-versed professional in their expertise. 

• The internship period is between 25 Aug - 25 Nov (3 months)
• You will receive a stipend of IDR 1,500,000 per month
• Real life project to add to your professional portfolio

What you will do:

• Map and document all ongoing business processes within the Partnership Department.
• Collect raw data from multiple sources (files, communications, tools, etc.) related to each process.
• Clean, structure, and organize data into standardized datasets.
• Collaborate with team members to understand and identify key metrics and data points for each business activity.
• Design and maintain a centralized data repository (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI data model).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all datasets.
• Work with the Business Analyst or Power BI team to ensure datasets are optimized for dashboard integration.
• Propose recommendations for improving data capture mechanisms or reporting practices.
• Present weekly progress updates and final documentation of all datasets created.

You will fit in this job if you:

• University student or recent graduate in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong interest in data structuring, business processes, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (required); familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders.
• Business & accounting acumen is a plus
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
