What you will do:
To maintain the cleanliness, order, and hygiene of guest areas and back-of-house spaces, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment that reflects the brand’s premium service standards.
Perform daily cleaning of guest areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities according to standards.Follow cleaning checklists and SOPs to maintain brand quality.
Report any damages, maintenance needs, or lost-and-found items promptly.
Handle cleaning chemicals safely and store equipment properly after use.
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
You will fit in this job if you:
Education: Minimum junior high school or equivalent.
Experience: Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not mandatory.
Basic literacy (able to read cleaning SOPs and chemical safety instructions).
Ability to follow checklists and time schedules.
Detail-oriented, physically fit, punctual, and team player.
