Maintenance Staff (SSM) - Bobobox FnB Business

What you will do:

To ensure the property’s facilities, equipment, and systems operate efficiently and safely by performing preventive maintenance and timely repairs to support uninterrupted guest services.

  • Conduct routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Perform minor repairs on equipment, fixtures, and property infrastructure.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from operational teams.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and report major issues to supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor and manage the usage of maintenance tools and spare parts.

You will fit in this job if you:

  • Minimum vocational school (preferably in engineering, electrical, or mechanical).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in maintenance roles; hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read equipment manuals and basic diagrams.
  • Basic literacy for maintenance logs and safety instructions.
  • Basic numeracy for measuring and calculating repairs.
  • Problem-solving, proactive, detail-oriented, physically fit, and safety-conscious.
