Account Manager
The Account Manager is for a staff/associate level with responsibility to managing and strengthening relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual growth and satisfaction. This role focuses on nurturing existing partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the expansion of Bobobox’s presence across strategic locations. It requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for existing partners, fostering strong and enduring relationships.
Regularly engage with partners to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Monitor and evaluate partner performance, ensuring alignment with Bobobox’s objectives.
Develop strategies to retain partners, enhance satisfaction, and strengthen loyalty.
Identify and engage potential new partners to support business growth.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to acquire strategic locations for new branches.
Assist in negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for collaboration.
Evaluate the business potential of locations, considering nearby competition, ancillary revenue opportunities, and other key factors.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Site Planning, Revenue, and Business Analytics to align partnership goals with operational plans.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to maximize partner value and drive joint initiatives.
Track and report on partnership performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Regularly seek feedback from partners to refine processes and enhance service quality.
Stay informed on industry developments to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
At least 2-years of professional experience in Business Development.
Having experience as a Business Development/analyst / Site Development in property developer or the property industry will be a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
You are a high-energy individual.
You have a high business acumen skill.
You are an enthusiastic, motivated, positive attitude, and have the ability to learn quickly.
Data-centric person.
Bandung-based and willing to travel frequently.
Having driving license A & C.
You are interested in assessing business opportunities and risks.
