Barista & Guest Host - Bobocabin Gunung Rinjani, Sembalun

As Barista & Guest Host at Bobocabin Gunung Rinjani, you combine two roles: crafting drinks at our café and being a warm first point of contact for our guests.

What you will do:

Barista

  • Prepare coffee and non-coffee drinks to Bobobox recipes and quality standards.

  • Help create and refresh the beverage menu.

  • Manage food and beverage inventory: monitor stock and place orders on time to avoid shortages or waste.

  • Recommend and upsell food and beverage items to increase revenue.

  • Keep the bar area and equipment clean and in good condition.

Guest Host

  • Welcome guests warmly and help them with check-in and check-out.

  • Take orders and handle guest questions, special requests or concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Share information about the cabin, facilities and local activities so guests enjoy their stay.

  • Work with other branch teams to keep the guest experience smooth.

You will fit in this job if you:

  • Have at least a High School diploma; education or certification in hospitality or a related field is a plus.

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in food and beverage, preferably as a barista in a café, restaurant or hotel.

  • Are guest-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Work well with other teams and departments.
