Kitchen Staff - Bobocabin Coban Rondo, Malang

As Kitchen Staff at Bobocabin Coban Rondo, you run the cabin's food and beverage service end to end: preparing and cooking menu items, managing stock and serving guests.

What you will do:

  • Prepare and cook food and beverages to Bobobox taste, presentation and hygiene standards.

  • Help develop new menu items that fit the Bobobox brand and guest preferences.

  • Manage food and beverage inventory: monitor stock levels and place orders on time to avoid shortages or waste.

  • Take guest orders, serve food and handle special requests or concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Recommend and upsell food and beverage items to increase revenue.

  • Keep the kitchen clean and organised, and follow food safety and storage procedures.

You will fit in this job if you:

  • Have at least a High School diploma; education or certification in culinary arts, hospitality or a related field is a plus.

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in food and beverage, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.

  • Have basic cooking skills and understand food safety and hygiene.

  • Are guest-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Work well with other teams and departments.
