What you will do:

• Greet and assist guests with their reservations in a proper manner

• Check and confirm guests' reservations through the PMS system

• Verify guests' ID and ensure the registration form is filled correctly

• Explain staying rules, locker facilities, and other relevant information to guests

• Assist guests in handling their requests, questions, and concerns during their stay

• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox branch, including pods and public areas

• Conduct pod cleaning according to the established priorities and work instructions

• Refill amenities, guest supplies, towels, and other necessities based on the standard setup

• Ensure cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained and available

• Complete daily cleaning checklists and report any issues, damages, or lost & found items to the Branch Leader

• Conduct handover and ensure operational administration is properly communicated to the next shift

• Perform other operational tasks based on the instruction of the Branch Leader
  
  

You will fit in this job if you:

• Minimum D3 graduate, preferably majoring in Tourism/Hospitality

• Have at least 1 year of working experience as a Front Desk Agent, Room Boy, or similar role in the hotel industry

• Able to communicate actively in English, both verbally and in writing

• Willing to work in the assigned area based on management's needs

• Willing to work overtime and outside operational hours when required

• Have a neat appearance and are well groomed

• Have good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude

• Able to work efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and service standards
