Kitchen Staff - Bobocabin Rinjani

As Kitchen Staff at Bobocabin Gunung Rinjani, you prepare and serve the food for our guests, keep the kitchen clean and well stocked, and make sure every dish meets our standards of taste, presentation and food safety.

What you will do:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to our recipes and standards of taste, appearance and cleanliness, and serve them to guests.

  • Make sure all kitchen equipment is clean and ready before opening.

  • Check that ingredients are available and in good condition, monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking.

  • Label products with expiry stickers, store them at the correct temperature, and dispose of items that are no longer fit for use.

  • Carry out kitchen inventory and related administrative tasks.

  • Follow food safety and hygiene procedures and meet grooming standards before each shift.

You will fit in this job if you:

  • Have at least a high school diploma; culinary or hospitality training or certification is a plus.

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.

  • Have basic cooking and food preparation skills.

  • Understand food safety and hygiene practices (food handler certification or HACCP knowledge is a plus).

  • Communicate well and can work with guests and other departments.

  • Are willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
